THE RULES;
general rules of the site.
1. This is a PG-13 site. No if's, and's, or but's about it. As far as swearing goes, it's allowed. I don't really care as long as you don't go over board with it. When it comes to sex, you need to fade out and fade back in when it's over. 2. Be respectful. There will be absolutely no discriminating on this site. If you feel you've been discriminated against, or you have any other complaints, please contact a staff member immediately. 3. Be active. If you don't post your application, or do not complete your application within a week of joining the site, your account will be deleted. This is plenty of time to complete the application and we'd like to have active members. Please try to log in at least three times a week (unless you've notified the staff otherwise). And please post in an in character thread at least once a week. 4. Be literate. You don't have to be perfect, we all make mistakes. We don't have a word count, but no one-liners. Try to match what you receive, and we understand you won't always be able to do this.
making an account.
1. You may make your username anything you like, as long as it is appropriate. You must have a separate account for each character that you make. 2. You may change it before, but once you are accepted, you MUST change your display name to your character's first, middle, and last name in all caps. (Example: JOHN PAUL ADAMS) 3. You may have an avatar and signature. The pictures MUST BE APPROPRIATE. Meaning no naked people, or people in the underwear. They also must not stretch our forum, if they do, they will be removed and you will be sent a PM by the staff as to why they were removed.
creating your characters.
1. For every two female characters you make, you must make a male character before you can have another female. 2. Before creating a new character, you must have all your others active in an in character thread. 3. We have no limit on the amount of characters you can have, but you must be able to keep them all active. Any characters that have been inactive for two weeks, haven't posted in character, will be deleted.
in character. 1. You may be in as many threads as you like, as long as you can keep up with them. If you have finished a thread, please tell a staff member so they can move it to the appropriate area on the site. 2. Tag your threads! Make sure you mark in the title whether they're open, or if they're with specific people. 3. No power-playing, god modding, mary sues, or gary stus. 4. Make sure to consult and admin before any drastic events. The following apply to that: death, pregnancy, marriage, divorce, etc. Just so we know.
